An official report after every survey

After each survey we issue an official report on the investigation and detection of the leak or damp. The document is a statement of findings and advice, describing the thermal anomalies recorded, the exact moisture levels in both affected and dry sections, the results of water-load testing and CCTV survey, and an expert conclusion with specific recommendations.

The report serves as written evidence in negotiations over a property purchase, in an insurance claim, or in a dispute.

Sofia and the whole country

We are based in Sofia, but our mobile engineering stations serve industrial sites, factories, warehouses, schools, nurseries and residential buildings across Bulgaria. For visits outside the city we prepare an individual quotation that includes travel costs.

Detection of water leaks in vehicle interiors is carried out in Sofia only, at our dedicated enclosed premises.
