The information on the site — the service descriptions, articles and examples — is provided for information. It is neither a public invitation nor a binding offer within the meaning of the Obligations and Contracts Act.

Every case of a leak or damp is different. The exact scope of work, the equipment used and the price are determined after we have spoken with you and, where necessary, inspected the site. Only terms we have expressly confirmed to you are binding.

Enquiries through the site

The contact form exists so you can describe the problem and we can get in touch. Sending an enquiry does not conclude a contract and does not oblige us to take on the work.

Please enter accurate contact details and describe the problem precisely — our assessment depends on it. We are not liable for delay or inability to reach you because of an incorrect telephone number or email address.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, logo and design of the site are the property of ProKanal EOOD or are used on a lawful basis, and are protected by the Copyright and Related Rights Act.

You may browse the site and print individual pages for personal use. Copying, publishing or using content for commercial purposes requires our prior written consent. Quoting a short extract with an active link to the source is permitted.

How to use the site

In using the site you undertake not to:

Governing law and disputes

Bulgarian law applies to these terms. Disputes are resolved by agreement, and failing that by the competent Bulgarian court.

Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to change these terms. The current version is always on this page, and the date at the top shows when it took effect. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the new version.
