The sealing was quick

After the water meters were replaced they had to be sealed. They came at the agreed time, finished in under an hour and prepared the paperwork. The water utility accepted everything first time, with no trips back and no explaining.

A report the insurer accepted

The neighbours upstairs kept flooding me but refused to accept it was coming from their bathroom. ProKanal came, carried out a thermographic survey and issued me a report with the thermal images and everything else. The insurer accepted it without a single question, paid the damages straight away and covered the diagnosis too.

Without stopping production

We had an enormous hidden water loss at our production site, which was driving up the plant's costs every day. The team responded extremely promptly. They found the problem beneath the concrete floor of the workshop without us stopping work. Superb professionalism!

Checked before the refurbishment

Before starting work on the bathroom we asked for the drainage to be surveyed. The camera showed a displaced joint under the floor that we had no way of knowing about. We put it right before laying the new tiles — otherwise we would have been lifting them a month later.

The defect was the builder's

A brand-new flat, and damp came through the external wall between the living room and the bedroom. The builder insisted it was the plaster drying out, but I called ProKanal. With a thermal camera and a second camera they proved there was a defective connection on the rainwater downpipe. With that document the developer put his mistake right immediately, at his own expense.

We saw the problem on screen

The water was draining more and more slowly and nobody could say why. ProKanal put a camera in and the screen showed a fractured section with roots in it. We received the recording and a report, and the workmen dug exactly there — three metres, not the whole garden.

Now we know where to repair

Our old block regularly had damp in the basements. We called the firm in for a full survey. They ran cameras through the drainage and mapped out exactly where the old run passes beneath the building's foundations and where it is breached. Now we know exactly where to repair. Thank you!

The whole floor stayed intact
